We hope you are safe, positively-driven, and healthy while we anticipate a positive outcome with the global situation; we would like to share an update on what is happening in our FLOOM office during this challenging and eventful corona crisis.
We continue to work, and although it will be a little bit different from what we were used to, we remain thankful for the opportunity to do what we love the most as you keep us busy in such times. Maintaining a healthy and nutritious breakfast routine is crucial during this period, hence the reason we are strengthening our online platform for uninterrupted access to the tastiest, handmade, and energizing granola. While we are uncertain about what will happen next, we are poised to take things one day at a time, and we will keep you updated on changes as they happen.
We are sending our support to everyone who is currently affected by this crisis. In this section, we will share some ideas on our favorite local shops, takeaway, and delivery concept.
We hopen dat je veilig en gezond bent, terwijl we reikhalzend uitkijken naar een positieve uitkomst van de wereldwijde situatie; we geven graag een update over wat er gebeurt in ons FLOOM-kantoor tijdens deze uitdagende en bewogen corona-crisis.
We blijven aan het werk en hoewel het een beetje anders zal zijn dan we gewend zijn, blijven we dankbaar voor de mogelijkheid om te doen waar we het meest van houden. Het handhaven van een gezonde en voedzame ontbijt routine is cruciaal in deze periode, vandaar dat we ons online platform versterken voor ononderbroken toegang tot de lekkerste, handgemaakte en energie gevende granola. Hoewel we niet zeker weten wat er gaat gebeuren de komende weken en maanden, bekijken we de situatie dag per dag, en houden we je op de hoogte van eventuele veranderingen zodra ze zich voordoen.
We steunen iedereen die momenteel door deze crisis wordt getroffen. In deze update delen we enkele van onze favoriete lokale winkels, take away en delivery initiatieven.

We express our support to all merchants, restaurants, makers, artists, entrepreneurs, and other persons whose livelihoods are currently affected by the situation. We are very impressed with their creative displays through the introduction of numerous new concepts into the market to keep their heads above water. We send our (organic) store customers an extra dose of courage for the unprecedented pressure they experience as they continue to provide everyone with a lot of tasty and healthy food.
Our utmost respect goes to caregivers and other silent heroes. They provide our basic needs day after day and make it possible for us to continue our daily activities in quarantine. We appreciate the heroes in hospitals and those in residential care centers that take care of patients. Our profound appreciation also goes to those at the grocery stores and supermarkets who ensure we get food items to indulge in home cooking. We also recognize the efforts of amazing individuals that keep our streets clean and collect our garbage. To those in the education sector, teachers, and instructors who send learning materials and teach our children from a distance through the online platform, we say a big THANK YOU!
We willen alle handelaars, restauranthouders, makers, kunstenaars, ondernemers en andere personen van wie het levensonderhoud momenteel beïnvloed wordt een hart onder de riem steken. We zijn enorm onder de indruk van de creativiteit die ze tonen om zoveel leuke nieuwe concepten in de markt te zetten om zo het hoofd boven water te kunnen houden in deze bewogen periode. Onze (bio)winkel-klanten sturen we graag een extra portie moed voor de ongekende drukte die ze meemaken om iedereen te blijven voorzien van veel lekkere en gezonde voeding.
En wat hebben we respect voor onze zorgverleners en andere stille helden die dag in dag uit klaar staan om ons te voorzien in onze basisbehoeften en het mogelijk maken om ons dagelijkse leven in quarantaine voort te zetten. Zodat patiënten in de ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra de nodige zorg krijgen, zodat de supermarkten vol lekkers liggen en wij ons thuis kunnen uitleven met koken, zodat het huisvuil wordt opgehaald en onze straten proper blijven, zodat onze kinderen hoewel vanop afstand nieuwe leerstof krijgen, zodat iedereen zijn online bestellingen kan blijven ontvangen,…. een dikke MERCI!
