Instead of serving this delicious breakfast in a glass jar, you can easily add it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon. The consistency is ticker than a normal smoothie, perfect to experiment with plenty of toppings!
2 frozen sliced bananas (225g)
2 medjool dates
250ml/ 1cup almond milk
3-4 tbsp acai powder
Fresh fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries,…)
Chia seeds (optional)
Add frozen banana, strawberries, almond milk, medjool dates to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra almond milk if needed (it should be thicker than a smoothie). Spoon the mixture into bowls and top with fresh fruits, granola, bee pollen and other toppings (as desired).
