A smoothie recipe that is packed with mango, banana and turmeric.
1 cup mango, frozen
2 cups plant milk (oat, soy, almond,…)
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric, grounded
1/2 tsp cinnamon, grounded
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on a high-speed until smooth. Add more liquid if it feels too thick. Serve and enjoy!
- variations: add avocado, frozen zucchini, plant yoghurt to make it extra creamy
- best if enjoyed immediately, but I also love the idea of making a double batch to save time. Keeps fresh up to 1 day in the fridge.
